Jay, the owner returned my call within 15 min. He asked a few questions regarding my issue and was able to get to my home within an hour. Once he arrived he was polite and located the snake hiding in the shrubbery outside my home. Jay walked the property and identified some areas that needed improvement to prevent further issues.
